Repackaging buffalo

If I take a buffalo out of its original mint packaging and put it in an air-tite holder could I still claim it to be uncirculated? Should I wear gloves or am I making a mistake by doing this in the first place?

Uncirculated means its never been spent... So as long as its not used to pay for something its not circulated...

I see no harm in putting it in the Air tite, I've done it a few times and I've bought several coins in air tights..
